Shipping
Shipping and handling charges are specified on our website and the
time of checkout and are automatically calculated by each shipping provider. Items being shipped
within the United States are normally shipped via USPS Priority Mail with an estimated delivery of
2-3 business days. Shipping outside the U.S. is not normally provided.
Orders are typically shipped within two to three business days. If an item you ordered was not noted
at the time of your order as Out of Stock, you will be notified of any unusual delay in shipment and
given an estimated ship date and the option to cancel your order. We never ship partial orders.
Returns
Any item in new, unused condition can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund,
less any shipping charges. Simply notify us by e-mail (webmaster@prog-sys.com) or phone (513-668-0957)
and we will immediately issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number. No restocking fee is
charged if the items are returned in unused, resalable condition.
Returned items must be new and unused, and in unworn condition. "New and unused" means that there
are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product, the
tags, or the case. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.
All items listed as "ALL SALES FINAL" will not be accepted if returned and no credit will be issued.
Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error. The following terms must
be met by you.
Return the merchandise to us within 30 days of original receipt of the order.
Returned items must be accompanied by their original documentation.
The products must be returned in new, resalable condition. Any CD, DVD, software, video game, cassette
tape, vinyl record, or VHS tape must be unopened (still in its plastic wrap).
You must pay any return shipping expense.
Display the RMA number prominently on the outside of the box to avoid delays to your refund.
All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund or a store credit, at your
option. If you choose a refund, the full purchase price will be sent to you.
Redemption Music will not accept any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above. A
return of some items in an order may void a multiple-purchase discount. Merchandise that has been
special ordered will be subject to a 20% restocking fee upon return.
Exceptions To Return Policy
If there is an order fulfillment error on our part, return postage is refundedable. Redemption Music will be the sole
judge of this. Please be advised items must be returned by a service that supports delivery tracking information on all
items in the return. Examples of such services are: UPS, FedEx, and USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. We
can not refund the cost of shipping supplies you may purchase to return the item. USPS Priority Mail shipping supplies
are available free of charge at your local post office and online. Please ask a clerk at the post office for these supplies.
